Salary: $55,700 - $83,500

What you will do

• Analyze large, complex datasets to drive operational insights and identify performance trends and anomalies.
• Design, maintain, and improve business processes and workflows to increase overall efficiency.
• Build and maintain automated reports and Power BI dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Create robust data transformations by cleaning, reshaping, and combining various data sources.
• Support recurring and ad-hoc data collection efforts for audits and performance tracking.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of relevant industry experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI development, Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, complex formulas), and Power Query.
• Must currently reside in Pennsylvania.
• Authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
