Sr Engineering Manager – Network Infrastructure

Salary: $166,000–$258,000 annual

What you will do

• Lead the Network Engineering team within the Security, Network, Access & Automation Platform.
• Own the design, operation, and evolution of the enterprise network platform across 400+ sites.
• Review architecture for SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, wireless deployments, and VXLAN fabric expansions.
• Lead network-impacting incident response, stakeholder communication, post-incident reviews, and durable remediation.
• Drive the roadmap for SD-WAN expansion, cloud connectivity, wireless modernization, automation, and infrastructure as code.
• Coach engineers, support career development, manage priorities, and oversee vendor relationships.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on network engineering experience across on-premises enterprise infrastructure and cloud networking.
• 3+ years of people management or technical team leadership experience.
• Hands-on SD-WAN experience with Versa Networks or comparable platforms.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, and/or OCI networking, including Cloud WAN, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VNet peering, and hybrid connectivity.
• Experience with enterprise wired and wireless networks, VXLAN/EVPN, BGP, OSPF, QoS, segmentation, and multi-site environments.
• Experience with incident response, network automation, infrastructure as code, observability, team development, and vendor management; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI-driven network assurance tools such as Juniper Marvis.
