Senior Consultant - Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Analyst (Healthcare IT)

What you will do

• Evaluate current system processes and recommend workflow, configuration, and system modifications based on best practices.
• Build, test, troubleshoot, and modify client Epic Resolute hospital billing systems.
• Provide project management, project leadership, status coordination, and work-product oversight.
• Work with project teams, end users, client leadership, and consulting colleagues to address project needs.
• Document progress, issues, escalations, handoffs, time, and expenses according to client and hirify.global requirements.
• Mentor and guide client and hirify.global team members while maintaining professional client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Relevant training, certification, or accreditation.
• At least 2 years of relevant industry experience; 5+ years of professional experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, technical, organizational, and judgment skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to new assignments.
• Availability for up to 100% travel, variable schedules, after-hours support, weekends, holidays, on-call work, and extended hours as client needs require.
