Data Solutions Consultant (Fintech)

Location: New York, NY or Salt Lake City, UT, United States

Salary: $85,000–$105,000 annual base salary, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Translate unique client requirements into flexible, scalable data solutions.
• Lead data conversion projects and ETL historical portfolio data from legacy systems into hirify.global.
• Manage multiple simultaneous client projects and deliver them through completion.
• Improve internal processes, tools, and automated workflows to scale operations.
• Set and communicate expectations with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Services, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Ability to begin work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• At least 2 years of experience in technology, finance, or consulting.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with financial products and securities modeling.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
