UX Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Madison, Wisconsin, United States; candidates must reside in and be legally eligible to work in the continental United States.

Salary: $135,000–$145,000 annually, plus bonus program and stock options.

What you will do

• Conduct user research to identify workflow needs and translate insights into user-centered designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with customers, product managers, engineers, and marketing to align designs with user and product goals.
• Perform usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines across products.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, computer science, marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a User Experience Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar.
• Portfolio demonstrating multiple user experience projects and design solutions.
• Proficiency with Figma, Material UI, React, React Native, and mobile app design and prototyping tools.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, data analysis, and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
