What you will do

• Prototype and build interactive concepts for emerging UX patterns and AI-ready design languages.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to refine experiences from concept to ship.
• Support and scale design systems while ensuring consistency across the platform.
• Deliver accessible, high-quality visual and interaction designs using modern front-end technologies.
• Bridge the gap between design and engineering to build scalable, interactive components.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in front-end engineering or development (or equivalent degree-based experience).
• Fluency with modern front-end technologies (React, CSS, HTML, TypeScript) and design tools like Figma.
• Experience working directly in codebases and with AI-powered design workflows.
• Must be comfortable with a hybrid working model, including regular presence in the San Francisco office.
• Strong understanding of design systems and information architecture.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI and agentic experiences.
• Knowledge of WCAG compliance and accessibility best practices.
• Background in building products for developer tools.
