TL;DR
Senior UI/UX Designer (React): Designing and developing enterprise-grade digital experiences and responsive front-end interfaces across the end-to-end product design lifecycle with an accent on user research, information architecture, accessibility, and design systems. Focus on building interactive prototypes and React applications, conducting usability testing, integrating RESTful APIs, and solving complex user experience challenges in Agile teams.
Location: 100% remote within the United States
Salary: $135,000–$155,000 annually

What you will do
- Research, design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade digital experiences for multiple business functions and user groups.
- Translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences, information architectures, visual designs, and interactive prototypes.
- Build responsive, accessible, component-driven front-end interfaces and reusable design systems.
- Conduct usability testing and usability evaluations, using research-driven decisions to resolve complex experience challenges.
- Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs, cloud-hosted applications, authentication systems, and deployment environments.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, engineers, QA teams, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Media, or a related discipline.
- At least five years of professional experience designing and developing production-grade web or mobile applications; the posting lists six or more years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design, accessibility standards, responsive design, and end-to-end product design.
- Advanced experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Experience creating responsive interfaces, interactive prototypes, reusable design systems, component libraries, and scalable front-end architectures.
- Experience with Git workflows, Agile methodologies, developer handoff, release management, browser compatibility, front-end optimization, and WCAG accessibility.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise dashboards, workflow management systems, data visualization, real-time collaboration, or complex business applications.
- Familiarity with Angular, Vue, Storybook, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, SASS, animation libraries, and Progressive Web Applications.
- Exposure to DesignOps, design thinking, accessibility auditing, service design, behavioral analytics, customer journey optimization, and enterprise design systems.
- Experience with usability testing, A/B experimentation, accessibility validation, and design quality assurance.
