What you will do

• Take ownership of user experience design for patient and clinical staff interfaces.
• Collaborate with researchers, product managers, and engineers to iterate on design solutions.
• Ensure designs are implemented to specification and solve technical challenges creatively.
• Contribute to the internal design system and participate in design critiques.
• Evangelize UX quality and user advocacy across the organization.

Requirements

• Must have US work authorization without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field.
• 4+ years of professional UX design experience in consumer or enterprise software.
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and visual execution.
• Proficiency in Figma and designing for responsive web or mobile applications.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, medical services, or consumer products.
• Background in designing GenAI/LLM interfaces or complex data visualizations.
• Proven track record of launching commercial products.
