UX Designer, III (Healthcare)

Location: Raleigh, North Carolina, United States

Salary: $123,500–$185,000 base salary per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own parts of the user experience for patients and clinical staff, including interaction and interface design.
• Drive the end-to-end design process from discovery and concept development through detailed execution.
• Collaborate with UX researchers, product managers, content strategists, engineers, clinical specialists, and other domain experts.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, identify opportunities and constraints, and shape design strategy.
• Partner with engineering to ensure designs are implemented to specification and solve technical challenges.
• Contribute to the hirify.global Design System, design critiques, UX initiatives, and user advocacy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional UX Design experience in consumer products, enterprise software, or related areas.
• Portfolio demonstrating thoughtful product design, strong visual execution, conceptual foundations, and attention to detail across the end-to-end design process.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Figma and the technical considerations of designing accessible applications and responsive web experiences.
• Must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with consumer products, healthcare, medical services, or related domains.
• Experience designing GenAI/LLM products, rich data visualizations, complex services, or related solutions.
• Experience taking projects through launch into a commercial market.
