TL;DR
Trainee Recruiter (French) (Recruitment): Identifying and screening candidates, preparing CVs for client submission, and supporting senior consultants in Bordeaux or Rouen with an accent on French-language communication, candidate sourcing, and client outreach. Focus on building an independent recruitment desk, coordinating interviews, and developing negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Location: Bordeaux or Rouen, France; eligible to live and work in France

hirify.global is working with a leading consulting firm to onboard a French-speaking trainee recruiter.

What you will do

  • Identify and screen suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Build and grow an individual recruitment desk.
  • Prepare candidate CVs for submission to clients.
  • Arrange interviews for senior consultants.
  • Contact potential clients by phone and email.
  • Shadow senior consultants and support their daily recruitment activities.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent French, both oral and written.
  • Fluent English at minimum B2 level.
  • Eligibility to live and work in France.
  • Recent graduate with no previous recruitment experience.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Computer literacy and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office; ability to work to tight deadlines and travel as required.

  • Academic or professional degree in HR or a related field.
