Campus Recruitment Intern

Location: Rotterdam, Zuid-Holland, Netherlands; onsite role supporting hiring for offices in France and Rotterdam

Internship allowance: €700 per month

hirify.global is a European student rental platform operating hirify.global, Kamernet, and Studapart, with offices in Rotterdam, Paris, and Cergy.

What you will do

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for internship positions, including intake meetings, first-round interviews, and candidate pipelines.
• Publish vacancies through recruitment channels and university boards.
• Source candidates proactively to attract young talent.
• Build relationships within university recruitment networks and strengthen the employer brand.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and support internship hiring for the France and Rotterdam offices.

Requirements

• Fluent English is required.
• Confident communication skills and a commercial mindset.
• Proactive, energetic, and action-oriented approach.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• French proficiency.
