What you will do

• Manage and close warm leads provided by a dedicated lead specialist.
• Conduct high-volume phone-based sales calls to US business owners.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of long-term clients to generate recurring monthly income.
• Utilize CRM and communication tools to track deals and follow up consistently.
• Focus on performance-based outcomes rather than administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines
• Proven B2B sales or closing experience in staffing, services, or SaaS.
• Exceptional spoken English (C1+) with a neutral, natural-sounding accent.
• Must be comfortable working US EST/PST business hours.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working without constant supervision.
• Experience selling to or supporting US-based clients is a strong advantage.
