Destination Specialist – Europe

What you will do

• Consult with clients to understand their preferences, interests, and suitability for customized tours.
• Design, propose, sell, and book personalized travel itineraries across Europe.
• Coordinate availability and logistics with in-country operators, hotels, airlines, tour operators, and local guides.
• Prepare final itineraries and pre-departure materials for booked trips.
• Support clients before, during, and after travel while collaborating with Operations and other departments.
• Maintain lead and client data, complete booking administration, and use Claude and other AI tools to improve efficiency and output.

Requirements

• Significant travel or life experience in Europe; experience selling high-end custom travel is highly preferred.
• Fluent English with excellent verbal and grammatically correct written communication skills.
• Required customer service experience, including patience, attention to detail, enthusiasm, and effective follow-up.
• Strong computer skills, including full working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Highly organized, able to multitask, exercise sound judgment, and work with minimal supervision in a remote team.
• A B.A. or B.S. from an accredited university, strong references, and willingness to travel to Europe frequently.
