Remote Closers

Location: Remote from the United States; sales calls are typically scheduled during U.S. business hours.

Compensation: $500 commission per full-time VA hire; commission-only with no base salary.

What you will do

• Conduct Zoom or phone meetings with pre-booked, qualified prospects.
• Understand client needs and present managed staffing solutions.
• Close deals and guide clients through onboarding and payment.
• Share feedback with the sales manager to improve close rates and client experience.
• Maintain accurate deal tracking in the CRM.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a closer or account executive, preferably in B2B or service-based sales.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
• Comfort working remotely and independently.
• High integrity and commitment to following through with clients.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional setup for client calls.
• Availability for booked sales calls, typically during U.S. business hours.
