Sr. Platform AI Solutions Specialist

Salary: USD $88,700–$150,800 per year, plus potential bonuses and other incentives.

What you will do

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI and automation use cases across feature intake, requirements capture, solution sizing, prioritization, and testing.
• Document current-state workflows, quantify pain points, and define target-state designs and success criteria.
• Translate business needs into structured requirements, use cases, and BRDs for the AI technology team.
• Own the business-side delivery of AI solutions from concept through development, deployment, piloting, and validation.
• Define KPIs for efficiency, quality, capacity, and delivery-cycle improvements.
• Develop trainings, playbooks, and enablement materials to increase AI adoption across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of functional experience, including at least 3 years in AI or automation enablement, business analysis, solutions consulting, process improvement, or platform operations.
• Hands-on experience applying business AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT, and/or automation platforms such as Power Automate.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and partnering with technical teams from concept through deployment.
• Strong skills in process analysis, workflow automation, requirements definition, data-driven decision-making, communication, and presentation.
• Understanding of data privacy, accuracy validation, and appropriate human oversight for responsible AI use.

Nice to have

• Experience developing and delivering training or enablement programs.
• Project or program management certification such as PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or an equivalent.
• AI, automation, or Power Platform certifications.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, Jira, and Confluence.
