Sr. Platform, AI Solutions Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Identify and prioritize AI and automation use cases across feature intake, requirements definition, solution sizing, prioritization, and testing.
• Document current workflows, quantify pain points, and define target-state designs, requirements, use cases, BRDs, and success criteria.
• Partner with the AI technology team as the business-side owner from solution discovery through development, deployment, piloting, and iteration.
• Improve delivery-cycle efficiency, testing accuracy, quality, and capacity by automating repetitive work and reducing rework.
• Create training, playbooks, and enablement materials for Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and other emerging AI tools.
• Define KPIs, measure AI adoption impact, and apply responsible practices for data handling, validation, and human oversight.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of functional experience, including at least 3 years in AI or automation enablement, business analysis, solutions consulting, process improvement, or platform operations.
• Hands-on experience applying business AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT and/or automation platforms such as Power Automate to business workflows.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and partnering with technical teams to deliver solutions from concept through deployment.
• Strong capabilities in process analysis, workflow automation, requirements definition, communication, presentation, change leadership, and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong command of Microsoft 365; experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Jira, and Confluence is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience developing and delivering training or enablement programs.
• Project or program management certification such as PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or an equivalent.
• AI, automation, or Power Platform certifications.
