Sales Representative

Location: Remote from anywhere in the Philippines; Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.

Salary: PHP 60,000–80,000 per month.

What you will do

• Identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other sales channels.
• Present products and services clearly to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with leads and customers.
• Record customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and improve processes.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or a similar sales role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections and engage prospects in conversation.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
