Sales Appointment Setter

Location: Philippines only; remote. Must be willing to work EST hours.

Rate: $7/hour. Full time, 40 hours per week.

What you will do

• Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to prospective customers.
• Generate interest in virtual employee services and build rapport with potential clients.
• Qualify prospects by identifying their needs, pain points, and buying behaviors.
• Explain products and services and tailor messaging to customer needs.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate qualified lead handovers with the sales team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound sales or appointment setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
• Ability to create drip campaigns.
• Ability to understand and articulate complex products and services.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and goal-oriented skills.
