Data Analyst

Location: Reigate, hybrid working; flexible location is available within the UK.

Salary: £50,000–£65,000 per year, dependent on experience.

What you will do

• Define metrics and KPIs across teams and build tracking frameworks.
• Prioritize, deliver, and report on projects, trends, and data requests.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create, maintain, and automate business intelligence dashboards and self-serve analytics capabilities.
• Work with architects on data product design and evaluate new data tools.
• Support ML and AI infrastructure and workflows in a fast-paced trading environment.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Strong data visualization skills using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Ability to write efficient code and troubleshoot queries involving complex joins and functions.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, meet tight deadlines, and work with a deliver-and-iterate mindset.
• Experience supporting data analysis, product development, or business intelligence initiatives.

Nice to have

• Experience with PySpark and SparkSQL.
• Experience with Git.
• Experience using LLM APIs for analysis or AI assistant coding tools.
