TL;DR
Data Analyst I, Performance & Analytics (Healthcare): Building dashboards, recurring reports, and operational workflows that turn payer, clinical, and operational data into reliable performance insights with an accent on data validation, healthcare quality measures, and reporting accuracy. Focus on investigating missed targets and discrepancies, maintaining reporting-ready datasets, and supporting value-based cardiology programs across ET or CT hours.
Location: Remote within the United States; must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. Ability to work ET or CT hours is required. Periodic travel to practice sites or Chamber offices may be required.

What you will do
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting for payer programs and leadership.
- Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards in Retool and BI tools to track leading indicators, SLA pacing, and operational performance.
- Pull, validate, and QA operational data before publishing reports and dashboards.
- Support clinical performance reporting for medication adherence, post-discharge visits, care gaps, HEDIS, and Stars quality measures.
- Investigate missed targets, unexpected trends, data discrepancies, and reporting issues to identify root causes.
- Maintain reporting workflows, lists, properties, and clean datasets as programs and contracts evolve.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least one year of externship or work experience.
- US work authorization without sponsorship.
- Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and data cleaning.
- Basic SQL knowledge or the ability to learn quickly.
- Familiarity with BI and dashboarding tools such as Retool, Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight; strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Nice to have
- Healthcare, payer, provider, health tech, or value-based care experience.
- Exposure to Python for data work, including pandas, scripting, or automation.
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience owning recurring deliverables, documenting work, and communicating findings clearly.
