Data Analyst I (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Support recurring performance reporting, including daily, weekly, and monthly packages for leadership.
• Build and maintain dashboards and scorecards in Retool and BI tools to track operational performance.
• Pull, validate, and QA data from operational systems to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Support clinical performance reporting across medication adherence, care gaps, and quality measures.
• Investigate missed targets, unexpected trends, and data discrepancies to identify root causes.
• Maintain clean, consistent, and reporting-ready data to support program operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and data cleaning.
• Basic SQL knowledge or the ability to learn quickly.
• Familiarity with BI and dashboarding tools such as Retool, Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Must be able to work ET or CT time zones.

Nice to have

• 0–2 years of experience in analytics, data, or operations.
• Healthcare experience (payer, provider, or health tech), especially in value-based care.
• Master's degree in a related field.
• Exposure to Python for data work (pandas, scripting, or automation).
