Data Analyst

What you will do

• Connect customer risk and control data to the hirify.global Network using data-matching protocols, tools, and Python-based solutions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver accurate customer data insights.
• Work with Product and Engineering to improve data-processing workflows and automation tools.
• Help define and refine consensus-based risk and control indices and business rules.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, enhancement, and quality-control activities across core content.

Requirements

• Some experience in a data-focused role.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Proficiency in at least one of Python, SQL, MS/Azure Foundry, or data-visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Basic understanding of data governance, risk, control, and data-integrity principles.
• Pragmatic, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech or RegTech.
• Interest in AI and machine-learning automation techniques.
