Data Analyst (RegTech)

What you will do

• Connect customer risk and control data to the hirify.global Network using data-matching protocols, tools, and Python-based solutions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to deliver accurate customer data insights.
• Design and implement improved data-processing workflows and automation tools with Product and Engineering teams.
• Help define consensus-based risk and control indices and business rules.
• Perform data cleansing, validation, enhancement, and quality control across core content.

Requirements

• Some experience in a data-focused role.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Proficiency in at least one of Python, SQL, MS/Azure Foundry, or data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Basic understanding of data governance, control principles, compliance checks, and data integrity.
• Pragmatic, proactive, collaborative, and flexible approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with fast-paced scale-up environments; FinTech or RegTech experience is preferred.
