What you will do

• Support SMEs in connecting customer data to the hirify.global Network using data matching protocols and Python tools.
• Deliver accurate data insights on risk and control frameworks while building expertise.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to implement data processing workflows and automation with Python.
• Define and refine consensus-based risk indices and business rules for Network consistency.
• Maintain data quality, consistency, and accuracy across core content.

Requirements

• Some experience in a data-focused role.
• Proficiency in Excel, Python, SQL, and data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Understanding of data governance, cleansing, validation, and quality control.
• Self-starter with pragmatic problem-solving in fast-paced scale-up environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with FinTech or RegTech sectors.
• Experience with MS/Azure Foundry or exploring AI/ML automation.
