Destination Specialist – Asia

Location: Remote (United States)

hirify.global is a growing travel company specializing in tailor-made travel experiences around the world.

What you will do

• Consult with clients to understand their preferences, interests, and suitability for tailor-made tours.
• Design, prepare, sell, and book customized travel itineraries for Asia.
• Coordinate availability, logistics, proposals, and trip documents with in-country operators and suppliers.
• Build relationships with hotels, tour operators, airlines, and local guides.
• Manage inquiries and bookings while providing customer support before, during, and after trips.
• Collaborate with Operations and other departments, maintain lead and client data, and complete booking-related administration.

Requirements

• Travel experience in Asia and strong knowledge or significant life experience connected to the region.
• High-end custom travel sales experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; fluent English is required.
• Customer service experience with patience, enthusiasm, attention to detail, and effective follow-up.
• Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Highly organized, able to multitask, work independently with minimal supervision, and hold a B.A. or B.S. from an accredited university.
