Business Development Associate (Climate Sustainability)

What you will do

• Identify business opportunities in carbon and renewable energy certificate projects, corporate carbon footprinting, GHG inventories, decarbonization, life cycle assessment, and Net Zero strategies.
• Develop lead-generation and business development strategies for the Thailand market.
• Guide potential clients from opportunity identification through final delivery.
• Conduct market research, trend analysis, competitor analysis, and national climate policy reviews.
• Prepare proposals and presentations, deliver them to clients, and represent hirify.global at events and conferences.

Requirements

• University degree, ideally at Master’s level or higher, in Engineering, Economics, Environmental Sciences, Business, or a sustainability-related field.
• 1–3 years of business development experience in management consulting or a similar environment.
• Strong stakeholder, client management, and commercial skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international, multicultural environment.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
• Thai nationality with excellent Thai and English language skills required.
