Remote Real Estate Investment Representative (Real Estate)

Location: Remote; the role focuses on a local real estate market.

What you will do

• Run dozens of virtual appointments with property sellers each week.
• Negotiate pricing and terms for property acquisitions.
• Handle calls from prospective buyers and sellers and nurture warm leads.
• Present property deals to local investors and build long-term investor relationships.
• Generate organic property leads through networking, meetups, and industry events.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Resilient, competitive, coachable, and driven to succeed.
• Interest in negotiating, making deals, and selling.
• Ability to develop relationships with property sellers and real estate investors.

Nice to have

• Previous sales experience in real estate or wholesaling.
• A recently acquired real estate license or a degree in real estate.
• Previous B2C sales experience.
