Senior Sales Analyst

Location: Toluca, CDMX, Mexico. On-site position.

What you will do

• Examine sales and operations data to identify opportunities that improve efficiency and support business growth.
• Create data-based memos, reports, and presentations for leadership decision-making.
• Use SQL, Power BI, and other tools to turn data into actionable insights.
• Partner with departments to identify current challenges and provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required. A focus in business, information technology, or computer science is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in an analytical or operations role.
• Fluent written and verbal English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Power BI.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
