What you will do

• Own the end-to-end onboarding funnel for legal entities from landing page to the first successful transaction.
• Analyze customer journeys to identify bottlenecks and prioritize initiatives to improve conversion.
• Evaluate opportunities and measure product performance using SQL and BI tools.
• Design and execute A/B tests and product experiments to optimize onboarding flows.
• Document business requirements, user stories, process models, and integration specifications.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives involving Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and external vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager.
• Proven experience in optimizing customer acquisition or onboarding funnels with measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools.
• Practical experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests (metric decomposition, cohorts, sample size).
• English: B2 or higher required for communication with an international team.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Mexico.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B or SME banking products.
• Knowledge of OCR, ML-based document verification, KYC, KYB, or AML processes.
• Familiarity with electronic signature solutions and certification providers.
• Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and asynchronous processes.
