Process Improvement & Lean Trainee

What you will do

• Support operational model adherence assessments and monitoring activities.
• Track improvement actions, process compliance, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
• Maintain IMS documentation and process records.
• Participate in Lean, continuous improvement, 5S, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations to support decision-making.
• Work with different teams to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Preferred degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Forms.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Proactivity, teamwork, strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Participation in extracurricular activities, class representation, or student committees or boards.
• Knowledge of quality management techniques.
• Experience in problem-solving.
• Portuguese language skills.
