Senior Business Analyst (Banking and Financial Services)

What you will do

• Identify and evaluate high-value, cross-functional automation opportunities and develop business cases with measurable outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end discovery of complex processes, including As-Is analysis and scalable To-Be designs.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Developers to shape solution architecture, requirements, testing, deployment, and business validation.
• Lead stakeholder workshops, resolve scope and requirements conflicts, and advise senior business leaders on automation priorities.
• Design change management and adoption strategies, including communication plans and business-readiness activities.
• Document reusable solutions, process blueprints, case studies, and best practices for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business process analysis, operations consulting, or automation initiatives.
• Experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry and in complex, cross-functional process transformation.
• Experience with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Concur, or Coupa.
• Strong analytical, conceptual problem-solving, stakeholder-influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong English speaking and writing skills are required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of hirify.global and agentic technologies.
• hirify.global Business Analyst certification, preferably at Professional level.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA or equivalent collaboration tools, and change management strategy design.
