Architect

TL;DR

Architect (Revit/AutoCAD): Overseeing and coordinating technical building design projects across multiple regions with an accent on BIM collaboration, quality control, client communication, and construction support. Focus on managing project schedules, reviewing technical documents, resolving construction RFIs, and delivering consistent design packages for commercial, industrial, government, telecom, and data center projects.

Location: Remote or in-office within the United States; up to 25% travel

Salary: $90,000–$130,000 base salary, plus performance-based bonuses

What you will do

• Oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary teams delivering highly technical design projects across multiple geographic regions.
• Lead client meetings and maintain strong client relationships through responsive, results-oriented communication.
• Develop project priorities, schedules, program deliverables, stakeholder reviews, and bidding or construction procurement activities.
• Provide team training and perform quality control and quality assurance reviews for consistent project documentation.
• Support construction by responding to RFIs, reviewing submittals, processing approved change orders, and reviewing monthly draw requests.

Requirements

• Registered Architect required; NCARB certification is a plus.
• 5–10 years of experience in commercial, industrial, government or federal, telecom, or data center design.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other visualization tools.
• Understanding of building codes and ADA requirements.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• DBIA or PMP certification, or extensive progressive design-build experience.
• Autodesk BIM Certification.
• Experience working in a collaborative BIM environment.
