Property Manager / Real Estate Virtual Assistant

Location: Remote from anywhere in the Philippines; Mondays to Fridays, 6:00AM to 3:00PM, aligned with the Australian business calendar.

Salary: PHP 50,000–70,000 per month

What you will do

• Manage property listings and related documentation.
• Coordinate with tenants, property owners, and vendors.
• Handle inquiries and professional communications.
• Schedule inspections and follow up on property maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Support online property marketing and social media listings.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in property management or real estate, specifically within Australia or New Zealand.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Console, PropertyMe, Re-Leased, Rentec, or MRI Software is advantageous.
