Location: On-site at the Monterrey Branch in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico.

What you will do
- Direct daily Credit, Collections, and Cash Application operations for Mexico.
- Collaborate with internal departments and leadership to shape financial strategy and improve processes.
- Develop and implement credit procedures to maximize cash flow and reduce financial risk.
- Monitor internal audits, workflows, and individual performance to identify coaching opportunities.
- Mentor and onboard team members while reinforcing efficient operations and a positive work culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience.
- 7+ years of proven leadership experience.
- Previous experience with a U.S.-owned company is preferred.
