Country Controller (Mexico)

Location: On-site at the Monterrey Branch in Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico.

What you will do

• Direct daily Credit, Collections, and Cash Application operations for hirify.global Mexico.
• Collaborate with internal departments and leadership to shape strategy and improve processes.
• Develop and implement credit procedures to maximize cash flow and reduce financial risk.
• Monitor internal audits, workflows, and individual performance to identify coaching opportunities.
• Mentor and onboard team members while reinforcing a positive culture and efficient operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience, including 7+ years of proven leadership experience.
• Previous experience with a U.S.-owned company is preferred.
