Sr Finance Analyst - Central Business Excellence

What you will do

• Support the Compass Champion network by maintaining active rosters across Sales Areas and functions and assisting with monthly meetings.
• Collaborate with the Compass Capabilities team on Sprint priorities, open action items, and upcoming deliverables.
• Execute training plans for Compass solution enhancements and support change management for sales teams.
• Analyze data and provide insights for Trade Promotion Management system enhancements and Power BI reporting requests.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement data integrations, workflow automation, and other technical solutions.
• Perform ad hoc analysis for Senior Leaders and develop relationships with stakeholders across business and IT functions.

Requirements

• More than 3 years of experience in Commercial/Sales Finance, IT Finance, or similar roles.
• Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, and other data analysis tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with sales finance and trade promotion management systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen and ability to drive process efficiency and improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, or Accounting.
