Supplies Finance GBU NPI Analyst (Finance)

Location: Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico; onsite, full time.

What you will do

• Lead and provide expertise to functional project teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Conduct complex financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, planning, and variance analysis across a broad business scope.
• Collaborate with business leaders to guide strategic decision-making and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Lead business initiatives and oversee analysts across multiple finance sub-functions.
• Design and implement process improvements and policies, representing the business unit in cross-regional and cross-functional planning.
• Build productive internal and external relationships, represent the organization to customers and clients, and mentor lower-level employees.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, a related discipline, or equivalent work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically 7–10 years of experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience with financial analysis, product finance, modeling and planning, corporate finance, data analysis, and variance analysis.
• Knowledge of product development, portfolio management, data-driven decision-making, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, internal controls, investments, KPIs, P&L management, and process improvement.
• Advanced Excel skills and executive communication capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, stakeholder management, communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer-centricity skills.
• Advanced subject matter knowledge and the ability to exercise independent judgment in resolving complex business issues and establishing policies.

Nice to have

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.
• Advanced Python proficiency.
