Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid — Munich, Bavaria, Germany. On-site presence in Munich is required.

Salary: €70,000–€90,000 per year

What you will do

• Own complex architectural challenges across the platform, including multi-terabyte data synchronization and secure sandbox infrastructure.
• Build and ship scalable full-stack features with React and TypeScript, focusing on long-term maintainability and user experience.
• Design systems to synchronize and index large client datasets while enforcing permissions and multi-tenant security.
• Build reliable infrastructure for millions of LLM calls per month and secure sandbox environments capable of spawning thousands of sandboxes daily.
• Create infrastructure and tooling for connecting custom integrations quickly, and contribute to technical roadmaps and architectural decisions.
• Debug production incidents, implement durable fixes, mentor junior engineers, and improve engineering standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with tRPC or an equivalent type-safe API communication framework.
• Experience with Kubernetes and modern container orchestration at scale.
• Track record designing and scaling complex architectures for high-growth products, including large-data synchronization, high-volume LLM/API processing, and secure multi-tenant systems.
• Strong product ownership, attention to user experience, and willingness to mentor engineers in a fast-paced environment.
