Head of Talent (AI)

Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Munich, Germany

What you will do

• Build and own the full hiring engine, managing the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle.
• Design and scale recruiting processes, analytics, and workflows to support rapid growth.
• Partner with founders to define role expectations and calibrate hiring decisions.
• Shape People systems including onboarding, performance calibration, and compensation benchmarking.
• Develop employer brand presence to attract top talent across the DACH region.
• Leverage AI tools to experiment with new workflows and increase recruiting velocity.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Munich, Germany
• Visa sponsorship is not available
• 2–5 years of experience in Talent, People, or org development in high-growth startups.
• Proven ability to run hands-on, end-to-end recruiting and build scalable systems.
• Strong storytelling and relationship-building skills for sourcing senior candidates.
• English fluency required
