Talent Attraction Specialist (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Manage recruitment processes end to end for assigned roles and independently prioritize workloads.
• Build proactive sourcing pipelines and long-term candidate relationships through role-appropriate channels.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership by providing recruiting guidance and market insights.
• Track time-to-fill, pipeline health, and source effectiveness, and identify workflow improvements.
• Drive personnel marketing and employer branding initiatives while representing hirify.global to candidates.
• Support a positive, organized experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, psychology, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Experience in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• German, Norwegian, Swedish, or French language skills.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS.
• High-volume recruiting, sourcing, recruiting coordination, or in-house recruitment experience.
