What you will do
- Own end-to-end recruitment across an assigned portfolio of corporate and business functions.
- Advise functional leaders and hiring managers on hiring strategy, talent availability, compensation, location, and candidate profiles.
- Define search priorities, challenge role requirements, and provide market intelligence and recruiting data.
- Develop direct-sourcing, referral, network, and channel strategies across European talent markets.
- Monitor pipeline health, identify hiring risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Drive structured assessments, coach hiring managers, and maintain a high-quality candidate experience and accurate Greenhouse data.
Requirements
- Strong in-house experience as a Talent Partner, Talent Acquisition Partner, or Recruiter.
- Experience recruiting for corporate, commercial, marketing, communications, executive support, or other business functions.
- Experience independently owning an end-to-end hiring portfolio and partnering with senior leaders.
- Strong direct-sourcing skills and experience building pipelines across European markets.
- Ability to prioritize multiple searches, resolve risks independently, and maintain high operational and data-quality standards.
- Fluent German and English are required.
Nice to have
- Experience with Greenhouse or a comparable ATS.
- Recruiting experience in defence, aerospace, deep tech, or another regulated technology environment.
- Experience supporting organisational growth, market entry, or site build-outs across multiple European countries.
