Head of Talent Acquisition & Executive Search

What you will do

• Develop and execute the global Talent Acquisition strategy while leading, coaching, and developing the Talent Acquisition team.
• Build and enhance the in-house Executive Search function and personally lead searches for Director, Senior Director, VP, and selected C-Level positions.
• Create talent maps, analyze competitor organizations and talent markets, and support workforce planning and succession initiatives.
• Advise the CEO, SVP HR, Executive Board, and senior leadership on talent availability, compensation trends, and leadership hiring decisions.
• Conduct executive interviews and leadership assessments focused on competencies, cultural fit, and growth potential.
• Improve recruiting outcomes through process optimization, automation, AI-enabled recruiting technologies, and talent analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Multiple years of experience across Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, and Leadership Recruiting, including significant experience leading international Talent Acquisition teams.
• Proven success hiring Director, VP, and C-Level talent in both executive search and corporate Talent Acquisition environments.
• Deep expertise in executive search methodologies, market mapping, leadership assessment, direct search, and modern sourcing strategies.
• Strong executive stakeholder management, analytical and commercial thinking, business acumen, communication, and influencing skills.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
