Head of Talent Acquisition & Executive Search (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Define and execute the global talent acquisition strategy in line with business objectives and workforce plans.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team across regions and functions.
• Lead confidential executive searches for Director, Senior Director, VP, SVP, and selected C-level appointments.
• Build the in-house Executive Search capability and sustainable leadership talent pipelines.
• Conduct talent mapping, competitor analysis, and market intelligence to support workforce planning.
• Advise the CEO, SVP HR, Executive Board, and senior leaders on executive hiring, succession planning, and leadership assessment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in Executive Search, Leadership Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or strategic talent advisory roles.
• Proven experience leading, developing, and scaling Talent Acquisition teams in an international environment.
• Strong track record of hiring senior leadership and executive talent across international organizations.
• Expertise in direct search, talent mapping, market intelligence, executive assessment, organizational design, and succession planning.
• Fluent English required; German is highly desirable.

• Experience recruiting for Product Management, Engineering, Innovation, Digital, or consumer goods organizations.
