What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles from intake to offer.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, calibrate interview processes, and set assessment standards.
- Build and manage prioritized pipelines through both inbound and outbound sourcing.
- Manage offer strategy and negotiations in alignment with internal compensation bands.
- Maintain accurate data in Ashby and contribute to building talent tools and playbooks.
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical and non-technical hiring.
- Proven experience in a startup or fast-growth environment.
- Strong command of structured interviewing and competency-based assessment.
- Ability to source and close passive candidates through outbound channels.
- Proficiency with an ATS like Ashby.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting for robotics, hardware, or deep-tech companies.
- Experience recruiting across multiple geographies (EU and US).
- German language fluency.
- Experience building recruiting processes from scratch.
