Loan Application Specialist (Mortgage)

Location: Remote from Manila, Philippines; Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Sydney Time (7:00 AM–4:00 PM Philippine Time)

Salary: PHP 61,000–PHP 100,000 per month, depending on experience

hirify.global operates a mortgage and loan application support function within its RecOps department.

What you will do

• Submit loan applications and monitor them through formal approval.
• Support brokers and the Scenarios Team by coordinating communication with clients, lenders, valuers, and other stakeholders.
• Review applicant credit reports, bank statements, and loan documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Prepare loan packages, lodgement forms, NCCP documents, supporting documents, FHOG/FHLDS documentation, and Discharge Authority documentation.
• Maintain application data and records in ApplyOnline, Mercury, and BrokerEngine.
• Order valuations and pricing discounts, complete quality-control checklists, and improve internal systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or tertiary education, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–3+ years of experience as a Loan Application Specialist or in mortgage processing, loan applications, or financial services.
• Experience with ApplyOnline, Mercury, or BrokerEngine is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, accurate data entry, and effective document preparation skills.
• Written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Strong verbal, numerical, and data interpretation skills, with the ability to manage multiple loan files independently and collaboratively.
