What you will do

• Follow up with new leads and schedule initial consultations for Mortgage Advisors.
• Collect and verify borrower financial information and employment history.
• Manage documentation requests and ensure files are complete and organized for pre-approval.
• Communicate status updates to referral partners throughout the loan process.
• Maintain accurate records of lead activity and pipeline progress within the CRM.
• Assist in managing the Mortgage Advisor’s calendar and client communications.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; finance coursework is a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (implied by US-specific benefits and industry).
