Broker Support / Credit Analyst (Mortgage Finance)

Location: Philippines; remote. Working schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Sydney Time.

Salary: PHP 60,000–90,000 per month

What you will do

• Collaborate with brokers to analyse client financial information and structure loan applications.
• Advise on lender policies, lending guidelines, and optimal loan structuring.
• Prepare credit submissions for PAYG, self-employed, SMSF, and trust lending scenarios.
• Collect documentation from clients and clarify financial details.
• Liaise with lenders to support compliant applications and successful client outcomes.
• Review applications against lending criteria and regulatory requirements while monitoring industry and product changes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in credit analysis or a similar mortgage or finance role.
• Strong understanding of lender policies, credit assessment, and loan structuring.
• Proficiency with Finsure's Infynity, Quickli, and financial analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
