What you will do

• Source mortgage leads and develop referral networks with real estate agents and other sources.
• Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine loan feasibility.
• Manage complete loan applications, including documentation and guiding customers through available credit options.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to resolve mortgage application issues.
• Promote mortgage products and services to individuals and firms to meet customer needs.
• Engage in lead-generating activities, including attending open houses and conducting seminars.

Requirements

• NMLS License required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Experience with retail mortgage product philosophy, policy, underwriting, and documentation.
• Proven experience in proactively soliciting new business.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
