Universal Banker I (Financial Services)

Location: Victoria-Gorge and Tillicum, Victoria, BC; on-site full-time. Flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance is required.

What you will do

• Meet with personal and business clients to understand their priorities and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Provide forward-looking financial planning support using knowledge of technology, cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through marketing, outreach, networking, and collaboration.
• Introduce clients to mobile and online banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.
• Work banking centre hours, including possible evenings and weekends, while delivering a strong client experience.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Current accreditation and good standing for a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Client-focused, goal-oriented, detail-oriented, curious, and comfortable building relationships.
• Knowledge of client service, financial products, digital literacy, goal planning, outbound calls, regulatory requirements, and results-oriented work.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
