Financial Services Representative (Cantonese/Mandarin)

Location: Toronto-Gerrard Square, Toronto, ON; on-site full-time. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance is required.

What you will do

• Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, goals, and financial needs.
• Recommend tailored solutions across cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing activities, and community engagement.
• Connect clients with the appropriate banking specialists and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and support their digital banking needs.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Cantonese and Mandarin language capability as specified for the role.
• Client-first approach, goal orientation, critical thinking, relationship-building, and willingness to learn.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
