Financial Services Representative (Cantonese/Mandarin)

Location: Toronto-Gerrard Square, Toronto, ON; on-site full-time. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

What you will do

• Meet with personal and business clients to understand their priorities, goals, and financial needs.
• Provide tailored guidance and recommend solutions involving cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing activities, and network development.
• Connect clients with appropriate people and opportunities across the bank.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and support their digital banking needs.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least 1 year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client-first approach, goal orientation, attention to detail, critical thinking, relationship-building ability, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work legally at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Ability to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel between multiple banking centres within a reasonable distance.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
