Investment Specialist (Bilingual)

Location: Boucherville, Quebec, Canada; hybrid arrangement with 1–3 days per week onsite and the remaining days remote

What you will do

• Build lasting relationships with existing clients and provide personalized investment planning advice.
• Collaborate with Banking Centre employees to support clients’ financial goals and strengthen existing relationships.
• Develop local sales plans and convert leads into deeper client relationships.
• Generate opportunities through networking, business development, and relationship building.
• Increase brand awareness through local marketing, outreach, and community partnerships.

Requirements

• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Complete the Personal Financial Planner or Registered Retirement Consultant qualification within the first year; CFP or IQPF also satisfies this requirement, with RRC applicable to Quebec-based employees.
• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Strong client service, communication, analytical thinking, financial advising, and investment planning skills.
• Legal eligibility to work at the specified location in Canada is required; a valid work or study permit may be required.
