What you will do

• Build and grow a dedicated client portfolio through relationship management and exceptional client service.
• Provide tailored advice across day-to-day banking, investments, lending, estate planning, and other financial services.
• Develop local-market sales plans, convert leads, and generate new client relationships and referrals.
• Use credit and investment solutions to deliver needs-based financial advice and support client goals.
• Participate in local events, marketing, and community outreach to build lasting connections.

Requirements

• Postsecondary degree or diploma and/or four years of relevant experience.
• Current accreditation and good standing for Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization Investment Dealer (CIRO-ID) licensing.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location, with a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• Strong client engagement, relationship-building, networking, business development, and financial advising skills.
• Goal-oriented approach with a commitment to trust, teamwork, accountability, and client-first service.

Nice to have

• For Quebec licensing: AMF accreditation, CIFC or CSC completion, and Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC) certification.
• CSI/ICB Investment and Taxation Fundamentals Course - Quebec (0774).
• CSI/ICB Legal & Ethical Aspects of Financial Planning Course (0790).
