Financial Services Representative

Location: On-site full-time at the Toronto-Keele and St. Clair banking centre; flexibility to work at multiple nearby banking centres is required.

What you will do

• Meet with clients to understand their personal and business priorities, financial goals, and needs.
• Provide tailored advice and recommend solutions across cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Build and deepen client relationships through outreach, marketing activities, and community engagement.
• Connect clients with the appropriate internal partners and opportunities.
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications and help them manage their banking needs digitally.

Requirements

• Current Mutual Funds License accreditation in good standing, through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• At least one year of experience working with clients and achieving sales results.
• Client service, customer experience, financial products, goal planning, and digital literacy skills.
• Critical thinking, group problem solving, outbound calling, and results-oriented working style.
• Legal eligibility to work in the specified Canadian location; a valid work or study permit may be required where applicable.
• Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.

Nice to have

• Prior banking experience in a similar capacity.
