USA Tire & Battery Technician - Automotive (Automotive)

Location: Sam's Club, 3001 Calvary Dr, Raleigh, North Carolina 27604, United States. Onsite, part-time position.

Hourly wage: $19.00–$27.00 per hour, with possible premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

What you will do

• Provide safe and efficient tire and battery sales and service.
• Use tire and battery industry guidelines, TPMS systems, equipment, product specifications, and point-of-sale systems.
• Process sales transactions, returns, special orders, inventory records, audits, paperwork, and service documentation.
• Identify member needs, support purchasing decisions, resolve service issues, and maintain the physical service area.
• Communicate equipment, tool, supply, safety, and product concerns to the TBC Lead.
• Support the training and development of new technicians and other associates.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid state-issued driver's license required.
• Must successfully complete required job training and assessments within the prescribed time period.
• Ability to follow safety, compliance, ethics, and service standards.
• Ability to collaborate with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners.

Nice to have

• Automotive service industry experience.
• Retail experience.
