What you will do

• Create classroom, e-learning, and video training materials for the sales team.
• Partner with subject matter experts and conduct research to develop clear learning experiences.
• Use learning and content development tools to build instructional design skills.
• Develop product knowledge assessments, job aids, and training communications.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to identify learning needs and future topics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work on-site; all positions are on-site.
