What you will do

• Plan, revise, and deliver adult learning programs using assessment data, varied teaching strategies, and different learning styles.
• Lead classes covering 29 professional development topics and assess proficiency across four core tasks.
• Design and implement curricula that address diverse client learning needs, including original course materials when required.
• Monitor attendance, performance, behavior, and progress in ETO, coordinating concerns with case managers.
• Provide counseling, conflict resolution, progress assessments, and individualized support to clients.
• Refer clients to GED, educational, and certified vocational training providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• At least two years of human services experience.
• Experience working with underserved populations and people in crisis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and motivate others.
• Ability to work sensitively with culturally diverse families and communities and maintain confidentiality.
• Fluent English reading, writing, and communication skills required; legal authorization to operate a motor vehicle required.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Previous Social Solutions experience.
